Why? Our seal stops that from happening.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The battle against fog and splashes&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Here is a weird thing about heat: a single cold drop of water can be a killer.&#xA;When a splash of mist hits a glowing hot infrared tube, it creates a localized thermal shock. It&amp;rsquo;s like pouring ice on a hot pan. Over time, those tiny shocks create micro-cracks in the quartz glass. Eventually, the tube just snaps.&#xA;To fix this, we tweaked the &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;shape&lt;/a&gt; of the housing. It’s designed to deflect water away from the element. If the tube stays dry, it stays intact. Simple as that.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;One thing to keep in mind&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Now, there is a trade-off. When you seal a unit this tightly to keep the rain out, the heat has nowhere to go. The inside of the chassis gets hot—fast.&#xA;Because of that, you can&amp;rsquo;t just cram these units side-by-side. Give them some breathing room. If you don&amp;rsquo;t leave enough space for airflow around the casing, the thermal cut-off will kick in and shut the whole thing down.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;How they hold up in the wild&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We&amp;rsquo;ve seen these things survive the worst of it—industrial loading docks, salty seaside patios, you name it.&#xA;The best part? You wire it up once and then you basically forget about it. By keeping the guts of the machine isolated from the elements, we&amp;rsquo;ve stopped the usual cycle of burnt-out wiring and emergency repair calls. It just works.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
